Everything was clean but very very small, and clear door bathrooms with no locks, not a lot of space to move in the rooms.

Very nice hotel perfectly connected with a tram. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean. Good value for money in Munich

The room was clean and the staff were friendly! I was even offered a Christmas cookie, since my stay was on Christmas Day. It was easy to adjust the temperature of my room, and overall it was a comfortable stay.

There were a few small ants crawling on the bed. I was given another room, but I found ants there as well. They changed the bed sheets, but still—who wants to sleep with ants?

The washroom was unhygienic. There were alot of little ants around the toilet mirror. The room‘s ventilation was not working, the ac wasn’t working and there was no air so difficult to breathe in. We also called room service to inform about the issue but the issues weren’t considered.

Great place for Oktoberfest! It’s a little out of the city center, but there is a streetcar (with a stop right out front) that gets you there (and then to the Wiesen) really quickly! I would stay here again…especially during Oktoberfest.
