good rooms in affordable prices.

The buffet breakfast is a little bit pricey.

The interior are ok and the exterior facade need a jet wash . Swimming pool toilet need cleaning and seat replaced

Staying for 1 night for business trip. Very clean hotel with nice staff. Food is also very good and fast preparation

Everything is went well. Check-in/out went smooth. I recommend you to stay here if you visit Surabaya. Or if you were there you can book for meeting or something correlated with bussines event.

All are in good condition in average.

The fridge not cold enough and may need more service on it..breakfast choicces may need more upgrade. So far everything was good. Thanks.

The hotel is new and I like the gym and the swimming pool, The operation manager, Mr. Kencana is also friendly. The only thing is they are lack of staff and only cover the basic operation. The staff that is in cafeteria also don't bother to greet or say thank you to you. Can not blame them because they are very busy.

it was a great experience. first time in this hotel, overall is good. helpful staffs, good breakfast, clean room. worth the price. will be back again for next business trip.

Clean and modern hotel. Functional room, great shower and super comfortable bed. Delicious buffet breakfast with lots of variety to choose from. Smilling and helpful staff. Beautiful pool and gym. Strong WiFi and many international tv chanels. It has everything you need or want. Could be less expensive. I would stay again at a lower cost.
