Finding the place was difficult due to stolen sign with the hotel name. Bathroon shower extremely small for 5'10" person or above. I just for sleep & go. Poor drainage in bath area. According to check-in person , Expedia not able to provide guest telephone for contact instructions etc.

Really comfortable room in a great location. The communal terrace was quite nice too. Highly recommended, would stay again!

A beautiful place to stay, a beautiful view from the balcony. Clean room and friendly host, they helped us to carry our suitcases to our room. Effective communication in English

Stayed here for 3 nights. Staff was very responsive and helpful. We were able to store our luggage for a few hours on last day which was a life saver! Location was key. Very close to the Metro and easy to get around. Thank you for a great stay 👍

Good location, useful terrace, but it can be made to look better. Broken sun lounges and an untidy look does not help. If you are not fussed about this, it's an amazing place to have as a home base. Apart from how run down it looks, it smells nice, looks clean enough and the beds are comfy. Shower has strong pressure and hot water was never an issue. If you are not a clean freak and you value the convenience of being close to the city center and to sleep in a comfy bed after a long walk in an air-conditioned room, it's amazing. If you like to see spotless surfaces, daily house cleaning, towel changes and a well maintained location, this might not be for you. We have enjoyed our stay here and we would definitely consider coming here again despite the shortcomings, for us, they are not deal breakers. Knowing what to expect qhen you book this will make your stay frictionless. Thank you Francesco for all your help and availability to answer the questions that we had!

Great spot in walking distance to colosseum and many other attractions in Rome! Owner was responsive mainly via WhatsApp on check in day and after. Be sure to pay city taxes asap for smooth arrival and check in process. Terrace was a beautiful spot for a coffee in the morning before exploring the city and not in a loud environment.

Very tiny shower!!

The restroom had a very strong, unpleasant odor (urine). I informed the staff, but initially they seemed dismissive. They eventually came to clean it again, though no apology was offered. Overall, the room did not meet typical hotel cleanliness standards. I was assigned Room 1, which was quite noisy throughout the night, though I’m not sure of the exact source. Based on my experience, some of the reviews for this property feel misleading. I would recommend approaching a stay here with caution.
