great location. staff was rude but room was pretty cheap for Madrid. would stay here again if need be.

Great location in the center of Madrid. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Très prope, très bien situé mais un peu bruyant.

Room clean, 24 hour reception, WiFi fine, no remote for the air conditioning but as it was Easter I didn't need to ask for one

I could not even stay at the accomodation for one night. the room smelt like stale cigarettes and was giving me a migraine. when i spoke to the staff they dismissed what i was saying and ignored me. i was booked for a 10 night stay in a single room and was not even offered a different room. i checked out and had to book myself in to a different accomodation last minute. at the time i was under the impression i would be able to get a partial refund for my stay as it would be a last minute cancellation only however the accomodation refused this. i would never book this again and will warn everyone who mentions going to madrid against this.

The hostel staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Great location, in the heart of the city.

This motel represents great value stay for those looking for basic accommodations. The location is fantastic, steps from the Puerta del Sol metro and numerous bars and restaurants. A/C was user control and very cold, important for summer months. Staff was very friendly. Our room could be a bit “noisy” at night but nothing that affected our rest. The bath shower had good water pressure. Beds were decent. I would stay again.
