This place especially the breakfast room needs a good clean. It could be a nice hotel if this happened and the staff greeted guests as their important visitors. It was disappointing

Location was convenient to most amenities and staff were friendly but not all speak English.

It's an older property in need of improvement in a few areas. That said, I would stay there again when I next visit Ankara. The location is superb. Lots of bars and restaurants only a short walk away. The sites of interest are a easily reached in a taxi. The included breakfast is not up to much. We did not take dinner I the hotel so can't comment on the food. Overall, a bit faded but good value and in a great spot.

I do not recommend this hotel. They do not respect their own approved reservations. I have booked a room with 3 beds, but they denied and gave me a 2-bed room. It could be acceptable if they refund me the difference which they didn't.

Great location, very helpful and friendly staff. My 3rd time staying here so that says enough.

Spa was clean and very relaxing

Staff, property, and location very nice! The problem was that the room was VERY hot, with no way to cool it — outside street noise and possible insects /bugs if open window. It was 26 March,l

Quiet and clean room, very nice pub. Breakfast could be better. The hard boiled eggs were overboiled every day, dry and tastless. No option of fried or soft boil
