Look elsewhere. Very basic and old rooms. Windows always open in bathroom with netting to stop you closing them. Although small rips in them so insects can still get in. Half the time you go into the bathroom it has an awful smell coming in from outside. Ants a problem in the room which hotel must be aware of as there is ant killer in the room. Had to use a lot of it as there were frequently ants all over the wall and bathroom sink. Staff were the best thing about the place, very helpful with check in/out and organising taxis & shuttles whenever needed.

Other than being on the beach, this resort falls short of any expectations. It is an older, rundown resort with gapes in between the flooring. The wood floor creaked every you step. Some of the pool’s tiles are coming apart. The fake wood plank by the pool get super hot so when you get out of the pool, you better have your shoes near by. The staff never acknowledged us once for our 4 night stay. And everyone one was either smoking cigarettes or pot. Wont stacked the whole time. It was not a fun place to be.

Great location walking distance from the pier. Beautiful pools and also on the beach. Short scooter ride to the south beaches and snorkelling.

The room was clean but it really does need updating - paint peeling off the walls. The room was cleaned daily The breakfast was not worth getting out of bed for compared to other places we have stayed at and even though it was not great and very little Choice they still got it wrong. The beach loungers are falling apart But the one good thing it’s right on the beach and nice walk to pier area or Sairee beach.

The facilities of the resort need renovation. There is no TV in the room. Swimming pool is good though. Water is clean.

Lovely property. Had a bit of an issue with our room at first, but the hotel staff sorted it out.

Excellent beach front hotel. They arranged a snorkel trip and laundry for me. You can snorkel from the hotel beach, but it’s not as exciting as the guided tour around the island.

Never liked the place, very dark, mosquitoes everwhere, restaurant wasnt open, too many hills, got a refund and searched elsewhere!

Property was okay for the price, it definitely needs a bit of an upgrade though. The beach in front of the property is really nice and is quiet, away from the super busy Sairee beach area but convenient for the pier. We hired a scooter from the hotel and this was in great condition and was very straightforward. Our air conditioning stopped working one night which made for a hot night, but this was fixed the following day.

We booked waterfront rooms. The view was great with the sand beach right in front. Comfortable covered patio to hang out on. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Like most places in Thailand could use some minor repairs but nothing that would impact the stay. Staff were wonderful. Walk along the beach 5 minutes to shops, restaurants and the main pier. Go behind the hotel up a short steep hill takes you to a road with hundreds of shops and restaurants as well as a very long and sandy beach. Really a great area. The young 20 somethings will want to stay or party at the south end of Sairee beach and the older you are the further north along the beach is the best area.
