The pillowcases were grimy, the bedsheets seemed to have sand on them. The TV didn't work. The amenities were of poor quality. I asked to be moved from my assigned room but the receptionist refused to move me. They did allow me to store my luggage while I went on a tour, but it was left out in the open in a space beside the reception desk.

Only 1 electrical outlet. Mediocre room. Good location 1 block to beach and near boats.

Right across from habour but is dirty and pictures do not show what the place really looks like. Rooms are very small barely can stand 2 people at one time. Also open small "window" above doors that bugs and geckos go in...we had to stuff with a towel.

Nice enough for the price. Easy to get to beach and markets.

The room was very poor. Clean but stained sheets. Air conditioner leaked all over the floor, in front of bathroom so walked in it. English very low standard, hard to communicate.

The bedsheets and pillowcases were so dirty it was incomprehensible how this place had any good reviews

Room was left open when we first checked in. Light didn't work, toilet is constantly running water which was noisy, bed and pillows had stains, sink/shower not in great condition. Was just staying for the night so we sucked it up, but for long term stay it would not be worth it.

Good short stay. Pool. Close access to island ferries. Helpful, pleasant staff.

Good location close to Sanur ferry harbour. Bathroom update required.
