Drainage in toilet was smelly and found 3 big cockroaches in our room

dirty. unpleasant. lots to improve.

The room and the bed is clean. Toilet light is dim. No shampoo. Little toilet paper. TV controller no battery. Noisy at night..

Friendly staff but rooms were dirty, leftover hair on dresser table. Drinking glasses stained. Dirty and leaking toilet. Noisy. People smoking next door or on the same floor.

When I reached the hotel, I went straight to the reception. The receptionist was quick to respond. I noticed two things when I was in the hotel area. 1) the reception and all the inside of hotel area had a bad odor. 2) another thing I noticed was there was fly’s in the reception area. Once I checked in to the room, it was spacious. I was happy. Then I noticed the room hasn’t been swept and full of dust. When time to take a shower, with just 3 minutes it’s started to flood. My toes was inside the water. And I did notice cobwebs in some parts of the room. If this things didn’t happen, it will be a perfect hotel.

Big room, good location

Room is spacious, and staffs are great. Only turn off is its near a wet market, sometimes smells of fishes will get into hotel lobby

I got what I paid for. 1. My room is spacious but it does not have windows. They offer me a room with a window, but they say the size is a bit smaller. 2. This hotel does not have cafe. 3. I stayed there for 3 nights, but they did not make my room even once. 4. my toilet was clogged.

the rooms were nice, just that the hotel itself seems abit quiet and dull along the corridors

near to food like mamak, dominos & few kedai runcit within walking distance
