The second I booked this property few months in advance, I realized I need the date was off by a month by mistake. The property ignored more than 10 requests to adjust the date even though this was within the same hour of booking. Very unprofessional and unsupportive team. A big big disappointment.

Overall it was good, plenty of choice for breakfast, staff is very friendly and cooperative. Location is very convenient.
But, they need to pay attention to maintenance, the floor and toilet seat of our room need repairing.

Really nice hotel, good condition, i few things need to do like no A/C only heater ,need to keep window open for fresh ar sheet old i saw some wholes and stain, also the towel not soft. Beafast really good, traditional Turkey.
