Convenient and close to everything we needed

The room was a studio with a very comfortable queen size bed. Ample space. The staff, very helpful. It was very quiet. The food in the Bistro was excellent, delicious 😋 I couldn't fault it one bit. 10 out of 10

Super comfortable beds with clean rooms and bathrooms. The hotel food is traditional pub fare and the drinks are very reasonably priced.

When we arrived there everything was really good but the next day when we requested to clean room they didn’t properly and their was no soap or hand wash.

Room was clean, amenities were very good, and the food was very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful except for someone named Bella, i dealt with her maybe 3 times and she was very rude, not helpful at all. Every time i asked her for help she said she would do it, but did absolutely nothing. All the other staff were very good though. Pritchards hotel 2 thumbs up except for Bella!!

Room is nice and clean. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Pub is undergoing renovations. Little parking and had to get to the room via fire stairs! No food. Not up to usual standard. If I had known would have stayed elsewhere.

Easy check in, external stairs up to the room which was tidy and comfortable.
