Breakfast was ok. My room was disgusting.. Proberly the worst room in the complex. Upon arrival, no towels, no tea/coffee facilities, Tv did not work. Had to ask to get all these fixed. Position of room rear back corner with construction behind room all week. Front view impeded with next wing full view and a slight view towards my side of the pool area. No balcony. Ants inside room in seating areas. Toilet filthy not cleaned for ever looked like. And finally power explosion next to our building causing NO air con. No water. When restored water was chocolate clour and splashed all over sink area and onto floor, which I got all over myself as well down the front of me. Ran water for several minutes to clean out the crap. Overall the worst stay holiday I've ever had.

The Veridian hotel is a wonderful stay, especially for the price. The location is amazing really close to a lot of great shops, restaurants and massage parlors. The grounds are kept up very nicely and maintained throughout the week. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I have now stayed at this hotel twice and would not hesitate to stay again.

Fantastic resort. Great location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Absolutely awesome resort for groups. I would highly recommended staying here

Room was HORRIBLE, beds were garbage and was like sleeping on the floor. Lamp shades beside the beds were built up with so much dirt,Air conditioner leaked and left water dripping down the wall to the floor as well has collecting on coffee tray . Safe in room did not work. The pool side loungers unsafe all due to being broken . Pool itself was ok. Breakfast was good and staff were good too. Resort needs some fixing up. Shower by pool had green algae built up on the rain shower head.

We found the location was great, rooms were clean and the staff were amazing. Staff assisted with any requests. We had a busy schedule, including tours etc and it was nice to come back to, swim and close to restaurants. Breakfast was included and we absolutely enjoyed, while not being rushed.

It was a pleasure to stay in Viridian hotel, staffs are perfect and breakfast was excellent, they clean the every single day I was with my friend and we enjoyed the time staying there and there was a lovely, friendly Manager named Ryan and helped us in everything, I will definitely come back to Thailand and back to this hotel, thanks. GOD BLESS

We like The Viridian Resort, because it is quiet, and clean. The staff are always friendly and polite. It is also close to shopping, restaurants and bars. If you are expecting a flash resort, than don't stay here. As previously stated, we like this resort, and the pool is great.

Very good location. Nice hidden oasis feeling. Nice trees, beautiful pool. Breakfast is satisfactory.
