Among all the hotels I’ve stayed at in Yalova, Black Bird Thermal Hotel truly stands out as the best. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and overall service were excellent. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The facilities and comfort level exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The only downside was the breakfast — it was not bad, but it felt limited and could definitely be improved to match the overall quality of the hotel.

This is my third time at black bird for the amazing Spa experience

Not good, the customer service was not very good, the black bird hotel with dirty bathrooms and torn towels. I made a video, I can show. I got a rash all over my body after their pools.do not recommend it to anyone.

The food was great. The service was awesome. Everything went smoothly.

your will never find your self without helping staff they do their best to severe you specially Ali the one very humble and helping person

We had a great stay. Nothing to really complain about. The spa was nice but the parking situation was a little confused! Also, a lot of areas smelled a bit manky from the smoking!

It is a remote and quiet area

I really liked that there was a very nice breakfast AND dinner included in the cost.
