We stay here each time we visit Cozumel! It’s a beautiful place with amazing staff!

Hotel was nice, drinks prices were higher than expected. Air conditioner in room made a beep then weird mechanical sound everytime it cycled.

Hotel did not meet full expectations sadly. 3/5 rating. Welcome shot of “freshly blended fruit smoothie” was offered upon arrival yet had a barcode sticker off the actual fruit in the shot. Our ceiling fan and AC unit in room 422 both made ongoing noise daily that was an annoyance while trying to sleep. Room was fairly clean however, wasn’t as nicely decorated as shown in online pictures. View from hotel balcony was indeed beautiful. Pool was relatively clean with an exceptional view. Ocean access was nice and accessible (for those without disabilities). Snorkeling gear available at 5 USD for 24hrs. Hotel was very quiet, perfect for someone looking to relax and disconnect at a slow pace. No events offered during our stay aside from yoga which was a service offered during the AM. (Likely due to it being off season). The restaurant in the hotel next to the pool had extremely slow service, food was mediocre and over priced! We waited 30+ minutes before having to ask staff for a beverage order by pool when there were only few guests and multiple staff standing around. Had dinner at hotel one night, waited 1hr for food when we were 1 of 3 tables total. Included breakfast was ok. In hotel contract it states you are not allowed to order outside food to the hotel. In order to get food outside of the hotel you have to travel into town which was a 150 peso cost each way totalling to 300 pesos plus tip for round trip. Can be costly. Overall just not an ideal experience for us.

We loved loved staying here! One of our favorite hotels we've stayed at. Staff was super helpful and very friendly. The snorkeling right on their beach was amazing! Great value we loved it!

It’s one of the only properties on the whole entire island that is not affected by the sargassum seaweed it’s a really nice place. Staff is super friendly highly recommend 10 out of 10

when cruise passengers take over the pool..

We recently stayed at Hotel B Unique and overall had a great experience. The property is beautifully landscaped and sits right on the ocean with amazing emerald-colored water and incredible sunsets each evening. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and fairly large. About half overlook the ocean while the others face the jungle side of the property. The hotel has two clean pools, including an adults-only pool, although the water was a little warmer than we prefer. There is also a jacuzzi on site. There is no sandy beach, but there is a small lagoon-style entry into the ocean. Be careful of sea urchins in the area. Once outside the lagoon, the snorkeling is very good, and the water is deep enough for a nice shore dive, especially at night. The food was very good but somewhat expensive, and the restaurant service was quite slow. We often waited a long time for water and to place our order. The hotel also does not offer an all-inclusive option, which may matter to some travelers. Since the hotel is located about 10 minutes north of the ferry pier, I would recommend renting a car for longer stays so you can explore local restaurants and the island more easily. Overall, this is a beautiful boutique-style hotel with great ocean access, relaxing views, and a peaceful atmosphere.

There were not enough places to be outside. Towels were never available. What they did have to hand out were worn and dirty

All was good at the B. Staff was great and the hotel had a cool vibe. Great snorkeling too! We will be back again!
