What an amazing hotel, and the reception staff where so accommodating and helpful and genuinely happy to help in any way, they are a credit to the hotel And the rooms were amazing.

This is a very clean hotel with incredibly helpful staff. Upon arrival, the staff upgraded our booking to a renovated room at no expense to us. They said it was a promotional option for us. Our room was very clean, the pillows were good and the bed was very comfortable. The price for this hotel is very reasonable given the amenities and the breakfast is outstanding. The location can’t be beat as we were only one block from the main square that is terrific for shopping, browsing and lunch options. I won’t hesitate to book this hotel again.

Vraiment un beau séjour. Un déjeuner inclus très varié et un service impeccable. La piscine et le bar sur le toit permet un bon moment de détente avec une belle vue.

Excellent location and best service by all staff members. From front desk, to cleaning crew to kitchen team. Our stay was incredible and memorable and we would love to come back!

Fantastic location just a street up from the main square. Rooftop pool is lovely. Hotel is extremely clean and room was spacious. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of hot and cold food, plus pastries and fresh fruit. We loved it so much, we extended our booking.

The hotel staff were so friendly, attentive and accommodating. The property was very clean and the rooms were quite spacious for Europe. The location was quite close to the main square and not too far the beach and only a 5 minute walk to the train station. The pool was wonderful on the hot days! Highly recommend!

Excellent location for the centre

We really loved our stay at this hotel. Its so close to everything, we easily went through the back entrance to walk into town center and the docks and the train station is barely a 5 minute walk away. We got an upgrade to our room upon checking in and the new remodeled rooms that are offered are absolutely gorgeous, very spacious and very well done. The staff was very kind, the bartenders at the pool were excellent, we grabbed breakfast which was free with our stay a few times as well. We had a very good experience and would stay again if we come back to Sorrento.

Excellent location. Staff very helpful.

Excellent location, staff extremely helpful, very clean, near to town and station. Great breakfast
