They offer a kiosk for checking in instead of a person outside of the difficulty and rudeness of the person who responded on the kiosk staff was great. Humans want to be greeted by a human not an idiot in a machine who can’t problem solve.

This branch of Motel 6 is above average. The room is equipped with a fridge and kept tidy, only downside is its somewhat out-of-the-way location.

This Motel 6 is exemplary of a clean, comfortable and affordable motel. I highly recommend without hesitation. My previous trip to this particular motel found me leaving an item in the room. Their staff kindly boxed it up and sent it to me. Really outstanding service.

Found several bugs in our room and throughout the night. Shower tub had gross brown stains (rust or rotting?) so we chose not to use it. AC unit had broken buttons. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
