I booked the hotel for its swimming pool, along with the location.. But on arrival was told the swimming pool is closed for three months. So i had a room with no windows, ultra loud music until 3am, and had to pay other hotels to use their pool in the day. One star for location. A poor experience. Would have refunded but got stalled and then told I would have hd to pay for the two nights at normal price, despite them breaking the contract with the pool. Better off elsewhere.

fast wifi, nice pool, room was dated but comfortable and clean

Balcony view was a brick wall

Really helpful reception staff. Can be very noisy from nearby bars at night .

Old run down property and the balcony was not a real balcony

Very nice service and staff was great.

Good location, excellent service

Nice hotel by soi buakhao everything is close by , i always come here. Love it

For what you are paying you cannot beat it to be close to all the action. Hot tub, pool and staff all A
