Didn’t pick us up from the airport as agreed. Communication was very poor. I sent multiple emails and WhatsApp messages trying to organise the airport pickup but received no response. Two days before our arrival, I finally got a message saying to call once we had collected our luggage. We landed at 1:00 am, which I had advised them of several times beforehand. I called eight times and sent multiple messages, but received no answer. To this day, I have still not received a response. If you’re planning to use this hotel for an overnight stay or transit flight, I would not recommend it based on my experience. The room was okay and breakfast was acceptable, but good communication and reliable service are important. I’m sure there are better hotels nearby where the staff are more responsive and organised.

Contacted hotel via WhatsApp and on Orbitz chat to reserve an airport pickup. The WhatsApp number listed in Orbitz responded back providing another number to contact, but no response. Hotel needs some updates but is clean. Complimentary breakfast was simple but the person who made it was very friendly and careful with the food. Quick one night stay after a long commute is ok.

Like the friendliness of the staff. Like the personally made breakfast. Like the free transport to the airport.

Older building in a poor area but is very safe family owned and operated very nice people breakfast cooked to order good but not much of a choice rooms are large and clean a/c works great

This is an acceptable but not note-worthy option for a hotel close to the Hanoi Airport. The room was comfortable and efficient -- and breakfast options were limited but well-executed. (A restaurant just steps away from the property was fantastic -- check it out for a delicious dinner.) But the overall attitude of the staff was one of indifference. No response (after several attempts at communication) regarding a shuttle from the airport. No refresh of towels or other room amenities (I stayed there 2 nights.) I can't compare to other hotels in the area, but there may be better options.

There is an elevator. We left early in the morning for the airport and a ride was ready for us. Too early for breakfast so cannot comment. No Tv in our room. Room was large and spacious.

Was old but clean and a/c worked great

No air conditioning No breakfast. Have travelled many places may be my worst ever. Do not stay here.

The hotel is very clean and big rooms. And very clean and great for transit passengers and everyone. And breakfast also very good for international and Asians. We have a choices.

Airport shuttle was extremely easy - very efficient and had service with a smile 😊
