Need an extra fan in the bedroom due to the heat over 40C, unable to touch the bed it was that hot. I asked resection staff for help and was told, she cann't do anything. Staff unhelpful. The room was very clean. Breakfast good.

We stayed at the Elizabeth House Hotel prior to departing on a cruise. It was a very convenient location. The room was very nice. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

No lifts had to be helped with luggage

Due to the unexpected, overwhelming heat we were so very uncomfortable in our room!! There was one fan to move the hot air around - the room faced the sun and the drapes were wide open which allowed the sun to BAKE the room!! (No extra fans to be found!!) Just realize there is no A/C when booking this hotel!! Breakfast was just ok, and there were only a few wait staff and the space is very small - it was too much work for them and too many people in one small room. Be very careful of a very slippery tub/shower… it can be very, very dangerous! The young female bartender was very accommodating with our requests for ice!

Very friendly. Great hotel with parking. Only downside - very hot room - maybe keep curtains closed to prevent heat build up during day. Great breakfast and convenient location. Overall very happy.

Helpful staff and good breakfast. Good location to get to cruise terminal and ability to park car during short cruise.

Good location, clean rooms and pleasant staff

Pros: bus stop nearby, easy to get to many tourist attractions even if located a little away from city center, grocery store around the corner, clean comfortable bed, fan provided. Short stay ok. Room has kettle, some free cookies, free coffee tea packets. Tub mat provided to prevent slips and falls. Room 33 is very quiet. Cons: No ac. No elevator. Even if only one floor of staircases, it is difficult with heavy luggage. Need to ask for shampoo. They give you hair dryer at desk reception. No daily housekeeping unless you request. Normal is every 4 days but they supply with extra towels to last. No face towels. No kleenex. The shower is in the tub. The water is slow draining.

Très bien situé, idéal pour un départ de croisière. > La chambre que nous avions était correcte, mais sans beaucoup de commodités ni de charme. Nous avons mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel et la nourriture était convenable. Le secteur est agréable : il y a un parc tout près et nous avons pu marcher jusqu'au centre-ville. Enfin, le personnel est très gentil et organise des navettes vers le port.
