I think this was the best hotel room, wise cleaning wise everything location wise best hotel I have stayed in india me husband and the rest of the family were really happy. Nice clean rooms really nice beds. Everything good only thing I did not like about is the cost of the food is too expensive the roadies they were given us literally a joke they should work on their roti and their food make the prices a little less everything else is good.

From the front staff receptionist to the managers and also the staff at the restaurant. They were all terrific!!! Provided a memorable stay for me and my family. Would definitely like to stay again in Snow valley hotel.

The hotel was very clean and the restaurant food/service was great - 5 stars for that.
Why I gave two stars overall was - that the fridge was not working so our food and birthday cake got ruined, WiFi didn’t work the entire time, the cable service had to be fixed as well as the front desk gave trouble at the time of check-in for the extra cost of the rollaway bed, despite that being mentioned in the reservation email from Expedia to them
