Basic hotel but pleasant. In the heart of BoysTown and the have parties late into the night. Wasn’t too loud

Nice

Good: The hotel location is it's selling point. It's a five minute walk from the beach and 5 to 15 minutes from just about anything a tourist would want to experience in central Payttaya. Neutral: It's also worth mentioning the hotel is in the heart of Boystown which is the centralized location for gay men bars. Bad: the cleaning staff is this hotel's weak point. They were friendly to us until we asked for our room to be cleaned. Housekeeping is not automatic. You must ask for it. Out of the 10 days of our stay, we asked for our room to be cleaned four times and received an attitude from the cleaning lady all four times. The last time, I simply asked for towels because I didn't want to deal with the attitude. Note: We did not have a problem with the AC. However, keep in mind we were in the 300+ square foot room. Which is the smalle rooms offered. The facility offers bigger rooms (500-1,200 sq ft) so I cannot speak to the effectiveness of the AC in the larger rooms.

The Hotel was in a great location, very close to walking street. It is however in "Boysztown" so if your not comfortable with that it might not be a good fit

Nice room, close to things like beach. No hot water, slow elevator, loud BoyzTown club music until 5 am.

This hotel had the most comfortable bed and pillows I've experienced during my stay in Thailand. This includes Bangkok. The location is ideal for anyone who wants to experience the beach and walking Street during their visit in Pattaya. It's literally minutes from restaurants, the beach, walking street and shopping center. Note: the hotel is located in the heart of Boystown. Which is the gay man party district of Payttaya. So keep in mind if you're a male who likes to work out you may get looks while exiting or entering the area. However, everything was always respectful. Me and my girlfriend had no problems.
