There were moulds in the room, the room smelt of dust, wetness and mouldy. Informed staff moved me to another wrong which was even worse with visible moulds.

The bedroom had a funny smell like urine, the shower head had brown dirty water coming out and the manager and some staff were very rude.. they always make a face when u ask for something and always rude and mutter under the breath.. I asked them not to enter my room yet they entered

Good location, the cleaning level was much less than expected from a 4 stars hotel.
We didn't notice that we received a smoking room, note to self: double check that getting non-smoking floor.
