The staff were friendly and helpful.
However, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was poor. The wash basin in my room did not drain properly, the fire alarm beeped nearly every night, and the elevator was out of order for most of the stay. Unfortunately, none of these issues were addressed or resolved despite my five-night stay.

Very hot in the room. The air-conditioning turned to 16°C with snow symbol but the room was very hot 🔥 just like 30°C. Finally we opened few windows to cool down the room. Otherwise we couldn't sleep.
