Toilet shower is lousy. Toilet floor cannot keep dry. Aircon not cold. Nearby music to loud.

I stayed in room 6609. The room was terrible. Toilet floor was so slippery n dirty. Aircon was spoilt. Repairman came at night to repair but after an hour it spoilt again. Room was so noisy at night as if there was a war. This is my first and last in this hotel. Very bad experience for me n my wife. Didn’t sleep the whole night as was perspiring as if in a sauna.

低於平均 Totally not a well maintain hotel. TV remote spoilt and central aircon was not strong. Toilet tiles were very old. Breakfast spread were very dissapointing and door security access card get spoilt easily. Not worthy place to stay for the price we paid.

I shouldn't be having expectations but the hotel looks great on Hotel.com in reality it's more like a budget hotel poor in maintenance, the breakfast and swimming pool was good, staff's in hotel are friendly and helpful.

Good hotel breakfast, superstore just opposite, and many eating outlets nearby. Free hotel shuttle to anywhere.
