We had a wonderful visit to the Bright Angel Lidge inside the Grand Canyon. The cabin room was charming and great acces to view the canyon which is amazing. We loved it!

The property was amazing however Expedia was not...we arrived after many incorrect arrival dates were sent to us.We tried to correct this and told them that was an old booking that they had updated and sent the new confirmation to our email. They had not updated the new dates on their reservation even though we had a hard copy.Thank you for Daniella in Bright Angel eservations for updating what had to be done at the property and all was saved...EXCEPT Expededia gave her such a run around about what we had paid...for 4 nites even though it had been revised to 3 nights.We will never book with Expedia again since money was never corrected.

It was exactly what we expected. Nice old lodge, just steps to get to the edge of the canyon to see the sunrise! Centrally located too, if you wanted to hop on a shuttle! We watched World Cup games in a cute, adjoining tavern. It is July and there was a heat wave, and we knew there was no a/c. The windows open, and a table top fan was provided but we were definitely hot overnight, so if you need cool to sleep, this may not be the place for you. Still, we were very happy and would def stay there again.

This is a nice cabin located on the rim. Yet this is not a spot to see sunrise. The room has no air conditioning, which is hot for the summer. Otherwise, it is good choice with a parking space.

No AC. The cheap table fan in the room has no airflow at all. It was a very hot day. Ice machine was out of service. The location is excellent.

It was a cute historic and convenient place to stay. Right along the rim you couldn’t ask for a better location. The rooms are what you would expect historic and old. Cute clawfoot tub, a fan that’s attempting to keep it cool and it’s a small room. Perfect for a night or two and is just alright

We thoroughly enjoyed are ent stay at the Bright Angel Lodge on the South Rim. We reserved a rim view room which was yards away from the rim with parking close by. All staff were welcoming and attentive during our stay. Breakfast and evening meal in the bar/restaurant was excellent. We wouldn’t hesitate in staying again. If you are able to then pay the small additional cost to stay in a rim view Queen room.

There’s nothing like the view from the edge, of the Grand Canyon!!

Room was comfy, clean and cozy! Staff at front desk was helpful. I would prefer if parking was not a problem.
