Friendly, quiet, cozy, excellent location and great breakfast - recommended.

Fantastic service and staff and great location. Our room was spacious and comfortable but we were not a fan of the bathroom situation. Clear glass doors that didn't shut properly, and the shower has curtains that didn't stop water from getting everywhere. We were also on the ground floor and got a bit of noise from the cafe. That said, I would totally stay again, but I would not go for the ground floor studio. Still, great stay, fantastic breakfast and the men on reception were excellent. We will be back. Just on a higher floor.

The hotel is delightful. It's small, not all brand new, but rather feels a little lived in. So it feels comfortable and warm. The staff were so good; they are all very friendly and very helpful.

Great stay. Lovely room, good location, but the best part of the hotel is the staff. Always willing to go above and beyond.

Quirky vibe, European style. Very comfortable room, with excellent amenities. All very thoughtful in terms of guest comfort, needs, use of space and sustainability. Good location by the harbour and opposite the Te Papa museum. Parking a short walk away. Register your car with the hotel to save on parking fees. Breakfast in The Pantry was tasty, with fresh ingredients. Amazing service from friendly staff, thank you Sandra, Pacco & Christina.

This hotel doesn’t look like much on the outside, but inside is quite nice! Very clean property, very friendly and helpful staff. My husband left his IPad there, and they were able to accommodate shipping for us before we left the country.

Location is right on the water along Oriental Parade. Close to some excellent restaurants and a great coffee shop. If you are up for a bit of exercise, Mt Victoria is right there. Fun retro rooms with Danish style furniture. Good size room and very nice washroom. Staff are friendly and helpful.
