很好 Room was clean.
The only problem was the air conditioning which was ineffective.
Staff did try to improve it and were faultless.
Unfortunately we had to change room.
Staff were always pleasant and did try.

Nice restaurant area and great view, rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was helpful on arrival and called taxi when needed. The only downside is that, it could have been closer to Palma

Very nicely locate! Great pool. Breakfast is great but expensive. Also kids are supposed to eat for free but no one told us so we ended paying for three days out of 5 when the restaurant manager mentioned this.

The Rooms were clean (except for the time where i saw a bug on bathroom) the Staff were very nice and professional the parking we were parking outside and not in Garage while i dint went to bar but views were excellent from the hotel and thats of what i wished if we gotten a room of the views to the bays of Palma and Cruise ships the lift steep thing were great and it will save your energy so that you wouldn’t walk that uphill the pools while they were closed since i was in March but the view from pool to port is just wonderful and yeah this is my review its a great hotel though if you want the view of what you saw the pictures from this site then book double room since thats what the staff told me about this and yeah thats how you gonna get that view.

很好 We hotel was good and friendly staff. We stayed in room 36 and I did notice a few bed bugs which was annoying.
