The room was nice, not fancy, but clean and pleasant. The hotel servers and cleaning crews were quite friendly and helpful. The dining pavilion, the bar, and the grounds in the center of the property were all quite nice.

Good location. Property is a little tired and could do with updating. Shower pressure is very low and almost impossible to get a descent shower. Pool could do with a good clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, people who do not live in the hotel can use the sunbeds on the hotel's beach.

nice place, good staff, good location, good room and amenities, only downsides were the beach disappears at higher tides and the hotel should not advertise a double bed when they provide two singles put together

Great location, steps from the pool. My son especially enjoyed stepping out the door and jump into the pool. Cleaning was ok, breakfast not great, the coffee awful but staff seemed friendly and service minded. There was no beach by the hotel but you could get to the sea by steps. Restaurants and shops very close by.

Beautiful hotel right by the sea with lovely grounds to relax in.

We booked 1 week with family. They left and we decided to stay another week as really enjoyed the stay. The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept on and I have slept on many around the world. Better than my own. Management and staff were friendly and nothing was a bother. If I returned to Koh Chang I would stay again. There is a choice if pool or the sea a few steps away.
