Everything was fine and the staff very helpful. 😔the road leading to the resort need attention and some light. Plus it needs a sign on the main road. Rest of the facility get a 5 star

Our first time staying at Alona Swiss , we love it ! The staff is the best in Alona ! Great location you can walk to everything . Nothing fancy but affordable , safe , pleasant staff ,beautiful landscaping , crystal clear pool and very affordable . We will be back .

The first unit we did stay one night was really terrible. Shower wasn't working, towels, furniture in summary overall was terrible. After our complain they did change to another unit. It was a bit better but didn't worth the money we did pay. Still especially the kitchen and overall furniture was not more than two star hotel.

1. Moldy smell when the Aircon is off
2. Dirty walls and ceilings
3. Television did not work
4. Poor WIFI Service
5. Staff tried to keep security deposit based on an ink stain on the pillow
