Great location Clean room Would recommend to anyone staying in Naples Even helped us book a taxi to pick us up to take us to airport Coffee and water in main lobby

We had a fantastic stay at I Stay in Toledo Guest House and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The location is absolutely unbeatable. Being so close to Toledo Metro made getting around Naples incredibly easy, and we were within walking distance of so many attractions, restaurants and shopping. It really is the perfect base for exploring the city. Communication with the property was excellent from start to finish. The team was always quick to respond, friendly and incredibly helpful. We even had a courier deliver a package to the property before we arrived, and they were more than happy to accept it and keep it safely for us until we checked in, which we really appreciated. Our room was a great size for the three of us and was clean, tidy and comfortable. Everything was straightforward, and the whole stay was easy and stress-free thanks to the excellent communication and hospitality. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place in an unbeatable location with wonderful service, I Stay in Toledo Guest House is an excellent choice. We would happily stay here again.

Great location in Quartieri Spagnoli, near to the Metro and coast. Room was spacious and clean. Staff replied quickly when needed.

At first I was skeptical about having to do everything myself (there was no human available), but then I was delighted to have chosen this hotel. Everything was up-to-date, very modern, very clean, etc. There was no breakfast buffet but there were plenty of excellent restaurants nearby to satisfy my need for coffee and some sort of protein. It is located next to the Toledo metro station, which was perfect, as well as to a laundromat (I needed to do some laundry after a week of prior traveling in Europe) within a five-min. walking distance (Express Wash Lavanderia Self Centro Storico, on Via Donnalbina, 5). The hotel is also next to the Spanish Quarters (Quartieri spagnoli), where one can find plentiful excellent restaurants, among them Trattoria Toledo, which I recommend. There were two pharmacies within a block or two of the hotel, if needed. If I return to Naples, I will stay at this hotel again.

The location was great. It was off of a pedestrian walk. It was next to the Toledo Metro system, which was so convenient. I loved the balcony that I sat on several times. It’s even had an elevator.!

Room was lovely, comms were good and Gianni the concierge of the building was outstanding.

This guest house is located in a great location, close to everything. When booking it, I was under the impression that there was a balcony off every room but this is not accurate; there is a balcony off of the lobby area and we were open to use that at any time and we did. On our first night, we had an issue with the shower not draining and flooding the floor. We reported it immediately, which was on a Friday night. They advised that they would have someone there the next morning to look at it. I explained to them that we had a very early excursion booked for the next day and needed to use the shower before then. They promptly sent someone over to fix it that night. Their communication was excellent and the staff were amazing. The young lady working the front desk was exceptional, very sweet and helpful. We even ran into her outside the building after hours and asked her about something and she was very helpful. We asked if they had an iron and they advised they would leave it in our room the next day and they did. Our only issue was when the cleaning lady took all the wet towels out from cleaning up the flooded floor, she did not bring us new ones. Since the reception is not 24 hours, I could not ask for them and went looking for some but could not find any. I truly believe this was an oversight because everything else was so great. The room is on the smaller side (green room) but absolutely perfect for two people. We would definitely stay here again.

We used the reception/Loby balcony. Our balcony was not very nice it was facing the back of other buildings.
