Without a doubt the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, even by Israeli standards. The room and bathroom were filthy and the floor covering was some weird black tar-like material. It was bizarre. I stayed there because I was having a medical procedure next door but other than it's proximity to the medical center, there is no reason to choose this hotel.

Friendly staff, clean, modern room and excellent breakfast.

Not clean enough, too dark, warm out in general

Very nice hotel with great BF, though I would have make it more bright vs dark.

The shower wouldn’t drain. For 7 days of my stay, every morning I’m asking to fix it, they promise they will and at night it doesn’t. For 7 days I couldn’t take one good shower.

Great room, clean, fresh linen, hot water with great pressure

With a few exceptions, the staff were poor and that is the fault of management. Unless there was no alternative, I would not stay again nor recommend the hotel.

Dirty and old

From booking to check in the service was friendly and efficient. The hotel has a massive parking garage it costs extra but is within reson. The breakfast is what you would expect at any good hotel with plenty of verity and great service. The rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing like standing under a water fall. Would recommend and will 100% stay there again.
