Homely and welcoming accomodation in remote part of Lincolnshire. Food is only served to b and b guests, and bar is only open in evening. Perfect for visiting places such as Tattershall and Woodhall Spa

Shower not big enough. Door locks very stiff. Bed very comfortable.

We were running the Boston half marathon and unfortunately we had to leave before breakfast. The hotel also had guest runners, so breakfast was brought forward to 7.00 so that we could all eat. So thoughtful Barry, thank you very much. Lovely quirky deco. Lots of tea & coffee in the room.

A quirky b&b with super lovely owners :-) the room was comfy with a big tv and lovely bed. The view to the garden was pretty. Breakfast was great and we had a great chat with the owner / chef. A very relaxed stay, perfect for our trip to RAF Coningsby!

Room was spacious warm and clean for a family of five, hosts very warm and welcoming

Very welcoming owners. Twin room was very clean and the private bathroom was very large. Evening meal was excellent and would happily stay again.
