convenient location near many shops , not too far from train stations . Clean but slightly smelly room upon arrival . Helpful and friendly staff . Outstanding breakfast buffet with huge choice and restaurant quality food , for just $6 AUD . I stayed here twice on seperate occasions and can highly recommend it /

This property was in neat, clean condition with modern facilities and nice staff.

The hotel very good

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Hotel allow late check-out which is really convenient for me as a guest.

still one of the hotel i will stayed while every time biz trip there!!

many times staying there, feel good , but the sink is still stocking... really need to remove the plug and clean..please ....

here must be the 1st hotel when i was in Surabaya, recently, there is a new "Burger King" open, that is even more amazing... really recommend for everyone

nice hotel close to shopping mall and other attraction and bed many clacking sound and toilet very dirty and since I stay in hotel about 11 days access by lift away one repair or maintenance

Stayed here again, they provide massage service for new service..not have enough time to enjoy the service.mayne next time

It's small clean room; but comfortable. There is no electric kettle in the room; so I have to go down in cafetaria for hot water for making milk for my son.
