This is my second stay here. The staff are friendly, the facilities are very clean, and everything works perfectly. It seems like a hotel geared towards couples, but it's comfortable even for singles. The price is reasonable, and there's nothing to complain about.

Not sure why people don’t say this more often: this is a “love hotel!” Did not know that before booking. The bathroom had a lot of mirrors, amenities included a condom and “woman cleanser.” The room was dark. Several things didn’t work, such as lights. The hotel needs a refresh and more maintenance.

Room was booked a day ahead on error of time change, was charged for that one day of not staying and it was booked for multiple days yet when we arrived they stated that the room was not ready. We waited 10-15min upon arriving to the room it did not seem thoroughly cleaned. Hair in bedding. But ultimately the location was not where we needed to be and requested refund for the rest of the stay as we wanted to check out that night. They said it was up to Expedia. Expedia claimed it was up to the hotel management. Have not received refund for those days not stayed. Very disappointed and unpleasant experience.

the staff was nice but the room had many problems

직원들의 친절함은 최고였고 아침식사 또한 좋았다. 다만 룸상태가 너무 좋지 않았다. 분명 금연구역 이였는데 담배 냄새가 심했고 청결상태가 좋지 못했다. 우린 3층에서 묵었는데 혹시 누군가 이곳에 묵는다면 3층은 절대 배정받지 않도록 주의하기 바란다. 복도에서 부터 담배 냄새가 심하다. 또한 룸내부 냄새가 좋지 않았고 창문 커튼 또한 불량이다.

スタッフは常に皆さんとても親切です タクシーを何回も呼んでいただきましたが、その都度タクシーナンバーをメモで渡してくださり、あと何分で着く、と教えてくださいました ベットはとても寝心地が良かったです バスタブにタバコの跡が2箇所ありましたが、広くて快適でした タオルは新しくて触り心地の良い物とゴワゴワした物とあり、ゴワゴワした物はバスマット代わりに使いました 以上が良い点です 朝食は期待できるものではなく、珈琲もスティックタイプでした 友人の部屋には充電コードがパソコンデスクに備わっていましたが、私の部屋にはどこにもありませんでした 電気ケトルは電源が点きませんでした 部屋の鍵の鎖は無かったです 渡韓前に2回メールを送りましたが、返信はありませんでした 以上がマイナス点です コンサートがあり、徒歩圏内でしたのでこちらのホテルに滞在しました 目的がありましたのでマイナス点の不満は特に大きなことではありません コンサート当日と前日の料金の差がとてつもなく大きいですが、それも仕方ないと思っています そう思えるくらいスタッフは親切です

Conveniently located next to some nice restaurants and shops and not too far from the metro. The staff were extremely friendly and the breakast was excellent, albeit missing coffee. The room had a slight odor and could have been cleaner, but wasn't terrible and was decently sized.
