The breakfast spread was excellent, lots of variety to choose from

Un bel endroit, pas trop loin de tout.

It was a cave not a room.. not at all recommended for family

I appreciate their hospitality, so kind and so many great perks being here , very convenient especially if you’re bouncing between going north and south as I went to lake como and the Milan area , soooo beautiful as well , their breakfast is sooo delicious 10/10 for me especially for the price

Terrible not properly adjusted and control is not working properly

Very basic room but clean, shower could do with some clean grouting around walls, staff polite, not friendly.

Upgrade the beds.

There were works happening which led to there not being water at the hotel between 9 and 5. I was only told after I had completed check-in and gone back to reception to ask. I had to contact Expedia to get a refund, but I could not get the first night refunded or compensated, so I spent the night in the room they had booked for me-- 337 which is just by the lift. Every time the lift went up or down I heard it, throughout the night.
