Room is clean. Bed, pillows and bedsheets are high quality. Great location as well.

Reception staff wasn’t helpful when asked for another pillow and refused to give us. Room needs face and hand towels. However the location is the most convenient to go about. Female staff was helpful when asked about wifi issues. Certainly will not stay there again.

Room was simple & was clean. Felt very open but unfortunately there was a leak from the AC + hole in the roof in my room. I just avoided the puddle so it was no biggie to me. The location was conveniently close to the ferry, the jetties, Chulia Street & pretty much all of historic Georgetown (5-15 min walk). Would definitely recommend.

Unfriendly staff at the front reception. Housekeeping failed to make beds on many occasions.

Great location just across from the ferry terminal. Basic hotel very clean and very nice staff.

Good value accommodation. Opposite main bus station and ferry port. Short walk to food court, bars and centre

From management to room service all departments are excellent in their service. Special thanks to Jennie and Ken who made our stay memorable. Would definitely come back to stay the next visit to Penang.

The WiFi is not reliable, the speeds were around 5mbps each time I checked. The room was clean, but there is some noticeable wear that’s not shown in the pictures. Overall, good hotel for the price and very walkable to all of the attractions in Georgetown.

It’s a very good location for me to get to the ferry and walking distance to many of the attractions in town. But don’t stay in the room facing the main road especially 1st and 2nd floor. Very noisy all night long from the cars on the road.

Big room with minimum sofa seating. Hard bed and pillow. Bathroom dimly lit difficult for shaving. Minimum TV channel. No water dispenser outside. Seaview rooms ver noisy due to facing road with speed breaker stripes.
