Un service impeccable de notre hôte

We enjoyed our stay while we would have appreciated a sign at the property to help with finding it. Overall, good.

Nice and comfortable stay! Good location and excellent staff. Air conditioning and kitchen amenities were a great addition.

What a dump of a hotel. Would not recommend.

LOVED OUR STAY

Interesting visit to Venice with a nice stay at this small four-room hotel. Glad to have received communication from Claudio, the manager, so that we could find it and use a code to get in. Very clean, good air conditioning, comfortable beds, other guests were friendly. Were able to store our luggage, although we were charged to do so (other hotels on our trip provided that for free).

Nice, large bed in main room. Also single bed in same room. In kitchen/living room was a nice couch which made into a double bed. Very convenient place to stay.

This seems more of an Airbnb than a hotel. No concierge or room service, rooms aren't made up each day etc. There was a kettle and coffee pod machine but only one tea bag and pod each which weren't replenished. The owner was friendly but only there in the morning. Good sized room but was set up as a triple rather than double which meant tripping over the single. Asked the owner if he could remove the single bed which he did the following morning. The hotel is centrally located about 10 mins from the station and Rialto Bridge and about 20 mins from St Mark's. But the room fronted a busy street and was above a cafe so was always noisy. The cafe owner started preparing for the day at about 6 so no lie ins here.

Excellent location, very clean and the staff made it very easy. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy Venice!
