The staff was the best, everything was clean and the staff made everything better

Visité este hotel para compartir unos dias de descanso con mi madre y recibí buenas atenciones desde la recepción, hasta el rápido checkout. Shoutout a Carmela Noel en los restaurantes y a Tomás (con su "familia") al trasladarnos desde y hacia el área de la playa. Me fue de grata sorpresa ver un show nocturno diferente a lo que acostumbro a ver en otros hoteles de la zona, ya que el Meliá Wellness realizó un show acuático en la piscina muy memorable. El menú del restaurante Serendipia no varía mucho día a día, pero es bueno. Me da la impresión que también tienen poco personal, pero estos proporcionan un buen servicio; como Dauny, que al igual que Carmela hace conexión con los clientes. Para mi madre, encontramos berenjena, hummus y otras opciones que complementan su gusto bien. Las actividades diarias están muy interesantes: yoga, aqua gym, pilates, rituales de respiración, macrame, pintura... hay algo para diferentes gustos, especialmente para quienes tengan una mayor estadía y cada día puedan experimentar algo distinto. En el bar Muse pude disfrutar de una semifinal del mundial de futbol muy divertida, en pantalla grande y disfrutando de un buen trago. Y, para finalizar, tienen lindos detalles en la decoración: hamacas, muchas plantas naturales, áreas de descanso, de meditación, los "hug me" en los árboles, un baño en el lobby espectacular. En resumidas cuentas, se cumplió el propósito de mi visita: poder compartir y descansar junto a mi madre.

The pool needs to be clean !! Whatever was in the water looked like throw up. The water temperature was amazing and the hotel was overly huge !!! And soooooo peaceful

Great few days unwinding in this resort - highly recommended. The staff were fantastic (Alejandro is brilliant) and the pool/swim-up bar is a standout.

Limited food choices.

It was great, clean and nice!

I stayed at this all-inclusive resort for a few days and had a mixed experience. There were several positives, including the clean facilities and many friendly, helpful staff members. That said, there were a few areas that could be improved. Personally, I did not find the food to be very appetizing. I also experienced a few unexpected issues, such as housekeeping entering the room very early in the morning while I was still asleep, and the toilet seat in our room being broken upon arrival. Communication was another challenge during my stay. Although many staff members were kind and eager to help, the language barrier made it difficult at times, especially as someone who does not speak Spanish. Overall, I appreciated the positive aspects of the resort, but I believe improvements in these areas would make for a more enjoyable guest experience.

Staff ok in service, Jean Geto the best services. Overall 7/10 but, In my opinion, they need to improve the food; nothing impressed me, and everything was too simple for a hotel of this caliber.

Resort was extremely clean, and super adult friendly. We had a great time! Highly recommend!
