This is a good stay if you're taking a cruise to Alaska. It had a shuttle to the cruise ships area and shuttle to the airport. It's not close to the major tourist spots in Seattle, which is a negative. It is close to the airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable; however. the cleaning solution they use which they note is sanitized, leaves the room with a cleaning solution smell for the first day. The hotel has free breakfast, which I didn't try. You can get water and coffee from the lobby anytime. They also had free yogurt cups in the lobby during my stay. The staff is friendly. However, my TV screen was very dark when watching TV and the remote didn't allow you to access the menu button (the button was not active) so I couldn't lighten the screen. I contacted the front desk and they said they would send someone to my room, but I waited an hour or two and then finally called and told them not to send anyone because I was going to bed. An Ihop restaurant is right across from the parking lot, which is very convenient.

The space was clean and quiet. The airport shuttle was convenient and helpful.

Found 2 bugs and changed to the room next door. Front desk guy seemed irritated when I called to request for that room change. Went to front desk & showed the killed bugs and they didn’t look surprised or curious, no explanation whatsoever or apologies for the inconvenience. Night 2, keys won’t work and had to go back down again to have them reset. Requested housekeeping to clean room the next morning but upon returning late evening, room looked exactly the same as we left it. A/C is very loud.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, well maintained room, close proximity to restaurant. Convenient shuttle to the airport. Great price for our stay!

Airport and ship shuttle were a plus

This was a short stop before a flight. It fit the bill. We had to leave before the breakfast was opened but grabbed a juice and yogurt. The room was on the small side but worked out fine for what we needed. It was a little expensive for what it was but we did get a free shuttle to the airport.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The room was perfect for our stay and the shuttle service was great.

Simple little hotel on the boulevard approaching the airport. It is not fancy but it is clean. Show pressure and heat was welcome after an international trip. People stay there were using the trails near by for bicycling, going on an Alaska Cruise, and using the airport. There is a breakfast of scrambled eggs, make your on waffles and other simple fair. Uber eats delivers from a middle east restaurant which I recommend too.

Reviews do not match property. Not at all. Very dated and worn out. Expedia was not able to move us. Not walkable. Area feels unsafe. Safe courteous. Airport shuttle went well.
