The room was small yet clean and provided everything a traveller needed. It appeared as advertised. Given it was on the Princess Highway, it was a bit noisy from the constant traffic. The Bistro was good, food good and very popular. It was difficult to get a table, which was a good thing as it was well patronised.

Very clean room and very comfortable bed. Friendly staff and value for money.

Convenience

I like the place for the location and the price the bed was good after being in a truck all day the shower was a on the small side of things but overall it was somewhere to lay my head down for a few hours and have a shower to refresh staff was friendly once they served me

When we arrived it took a long time before we were acknowledged at the desk, even though staff could see us. The room wasn’t ready even though we arrived 2 hours after checkin time, and we were asked to come back later. Bed wasn’t made to expected standard - only had fitted sheet and grey cover that had stains on it (we had to ask the bar for more sheets). No hot water for the first day of our stay which was particularly inconvenient because we were there to get ready for a wedding. The toilet also wouldn’t flush every now and then.

Clean and spacious room. Simple check-in with helpful staff. Minimal road noise. Great value

Staff are great. It's a budget hotel with clean comfortable rooms that are great for the price. The music does bleed through from the bar with a dull thud but that is to expected when sleeping above a pub. Music stopped at 11pm and a good nights sleep was had.

room was tidy but shower drain was clogged so couldnt shower, one lamp was broken. staff did not tell us about the amenities (kitchen) etc.. could have been better
