Great hotel

Esse hotel não serve pra idoso, o banheiro é muito pequeno e o chuveiro em cima da banheira com acesso muito difícil porque tem um degrau, O hotel não tem uma área de convivência, como demoram muito para arrumar o quarto o hóspede não tem aonde ficar, a não ser na rua

The Rooms were large and spacious, very clean the location is 6 minutes away walking distance from Duomo and Piazza de la República and 5 mins away from Medici basilica and the main Train station. There is a mini market Carrefour close by if you need anything. The staff were very nice and cordial helped us a lot with Train info ( we did a day trip to Pisa) and headed to Venice on the fast train. I would stay there again.

Very helpful staff. Loved the wine vending machine in the cellar. Comfy bed. Very nice bathroom. Great access to all the tourist hotspots. Excellent aircon. Very good breakfast.

The Frame Hotel is in a perfect location. It seems brand new and the style is very cool and fitting for Florence. Staff is so friendly and helpful, it feels like it is family run! Highly recommend!

Excellent location and quiet rooms. Small lifts. Nice continental breakfast with small range of hot dishes. Most staff very helpful but some quite rude and abrupt. Shower in bathroom (small corner shower with split doors)not same as shown on website (walk in) made showering unpleasant. Coffee and tea facilities provided in room but the types of tea and coffee pods provided were not of the quality of the rest of the hotel

We loved the vibe and history of the hotel. Staff were very helpful.

The staff were nice but our “superior double” room was tiny. It also had no soundproofing, so it was very noisy all evening; it also didn’t help that the staff were cleaning and vacuuming other rooms at 7am! The WiFi connection was also very poor, it keeps disconnecting, practically unusable. While the listing says that there’s an airport shuttle available - it’s just a taxi that you have to pay for. We stayed here for one night after our flight was cancelled. Our previous hotel was cheaper, much bigger with better WiFi and breakfast included. This is very poor value in comparison, this is not a “4-star” hotel.

Staffs are super friendly and the location is perfect. Strongly recommend

Our stay at The FRAME was nothing less than amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful. Daniel went above and beyond to help make our stay and our vacation the BEST! He recommended restaurants, made reservations and helped book train travel.
