La personne a la réception était gentille par contre nous n’avons pas aimé notre chambre car au premier étage et aucune fenêtre. Je ne trouve pas cela normal de ne pas avoir de fenêtre. La sécurité et me sentir étouffé. En plus la salle de bain était dangereuse. Aucune séparation entre la douche et la toilette

Clean room, lovely staff accommodating to leaving luggage before and after check in. Great location near food places and shopping - close to metro station. Great value for money

The room was clean and comfortable. Big enough to move around in and with a desk; useful for work as well as vacationing. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you! Open 24 hours - much appreciated, even if I wasn't out late. Very well located near a Metro stop. In a lively district at the edge of Montmartre. An economical price, given the high cost of Paris. Recommended.

The staff was very helpful. In general was very nice hotel.

Fantastic location. We had a room in the back which was extremely quiet. The hotel has been recently painted so there was a faint smell of paint in the room and it meant that the door kept getting stuck so it was really hard to open/close. The bed was very comfy and the aircon worked well (which is rare for Paris!) despite the limitation of 19 degrees. Unfortunately, it did make a very loud buzzing noise every now and then but given the heat outside we were happy to put up with it. Staff were always helpful and kept our bags after check out because of a later flight. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment, but there was a very nice wine bar serving food right in front of it which we went to daily after it opened at 6pm. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel was in a great location with lots of restaurants and shops less than a minutes walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful with anything I needed. The air con was amazing! It was over 40 C in Paris so good air con was absolutely needed. Hotel was a little tired, my shower unit was broken so had to hand hold the shower and couple of light fittings had exposed wires on the walls. And the walls were pretty thin so could hear the other rooms. Had ear plugs though so all good. Nothing of the above affected my stay. Would use the hotel again.

We stayed on a ground level floor, which I was thankful for with the heat. Great AC in the HEAT that is currently going on. I hate that I did not catch the receptionist name upon our arrival. She worked both days during our stay and was very welcoming and very helpful with all questions asked. She was a great and pleasant welcome to Paris.

L'hôtel est très bien insonorisé et a l'air climatisé. Très propre.
