不錯 Mercure was located centrally, super convenient with safe access for a city stay. The staff were very helpful when the self check-in system did not work for us, and they smoothed over our parking booking for us as well. The room was well maintained and bedding comfortable, but it was hot and a bit tricky to cool down overnight although it was very very cold outdoors.

極佳 Close to Federation Square and other local Melbourne city attractions. Good amenities, good and comfortable room. The cafe downstairs looks good. Staff were helpful.

Comfortable bed, a couch for two, great view over the river, and an easy walk over a pedestrian bridge to Flinders Street Station in the city centre. Enjoyed breakfast as had a good variety of cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, breads, jams, scrambled eggs, baked beans, meats, and vegetable fried rice. Only downside for us was not being able to open a window in the room. Hotel is also close to Degraves Street, a laneway which has many delicious places to eat.

First time l’ve done self check in at hotel! Surprisingly, went very smoothly!
Clean, comfortable & very convenient hotel!
In fact, the only time l saw a member of staff is when l checked out! 👍
Didn’t have breakfast or use the bar!
I would still recommend this hotel for excellent location!

Easy to get to, convenient location. Visually clean but piles of dust under beds and behind bedside tables. Auto check ins not very welcoming to hotel.

We cannot normally complain about this property, however this time the rooms heating & tv weren’t working. They did bring a portable heater, tv never got resolved.

Disappointed this time around with the cleanliness of the room. Kitchenette doesn’t get cleaned properly by housekeeping. Found someone’s note and lots of dust bunnies on the bench. Nothing to clean their dishes with. Rubbish under beds that my kids found and bathroom floor needs a good clean
Buffet was good and staff were friendly and helpful.
Perfect walking distances to city.
