極佳 Skyler was great. He was very welcoming when my son and I arrived. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The location was great as it was close to the airport and the Arizona Mills mall and some good restaurants. Although we didn’t wake up in time for the complimentary breakfast, there was a waffle house right on the property. I would definitely stay here again.

極佳 The wonderful gentleman that checked us in was great! He was multitasking and handled everything spectacularly! Wish I could remember his name. He deserves a raise!

低於平均 Very disappointed at the staff for arguing with me over the $50 security deposit. I called them 1 week after my stay to ask them why my security deposit has not been returned. I am trying to explain to them this is creating a problem with expense report submission to my employer. The guy just put me on hold and after 10 minutes, I realized he just wanted to get rid of me. I am utterly disappointed. I will make sure neither me nor anybody from my team ever stays at Holiday Inn Express. I will bring this up with my team in the next meeting. Way to go Holiday Inn Express....

不錯 The room was not ready at check in time. We had to wait 30 min for it. The lobby was extremely hot. My reservation was for the wrong room then I reserved. Was not the best experience. On a positive. Our driver to the airport was super nice.
