Not sure whats the name of the guy at the day when I arrived, but though the shuttle service was no longer availble given late time because of airplane more than 2 hour delay but he helped me getting the shttle comming and arrived safe late aftrt midnight ..really appreciated this too much

It was a place to sleep. Weird bathroom setup, not very clean.

The room we had was large, but smelled like smoke, despite it being a non-smoking room. The toilet was wobbly, yes totally wobbly and it was a handicapped room. If someone was disabled, they will hurt themselves. The shower was terrible. There was no place to put shampoo/conditioner, except for the floor, which was not ideal. The shower curtain was short, so it didn’t keep the water from running ALL over the bathroom floor, which was very unpleasant. The towels were very thin, and the blow dryer (attached to the wall kept falling off the wall). Overall, we wanted to get out fast after one night.

Updated hotel only lock of free breakfast in the morning breakfast should be included for the price that they’re renting each hotel rooms

The staff is fantastic. Shuttle services are awesome and the food in the restaurant is really good.

Staff not helpful at all

Very clean, nice shower, nice size room, free parking and easy access to the Manhattan from North Bergen park-and-ride. Good way to avoid the exorbitant hotel constant Manhattan. and high cost of parking in New York.

Great location , great staff, clean place. The only downside is that it says breakfast available which isn’t really as the Option is only at the bar downstairs. Don’t expect a lot as in what is available for a reasonable price
