The air conditioner was broken. Our room was hot, muggy and smelled of sewage. Guest above us had children and they were running around which made a lot of noise and kept us up all night. Half the lights in the room didn't work. The phone in the room didn't work. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable This was a horrible experience. We were very disappointed with our stay I would not be recommending the holiday Inn to anyone.

This hotel is always my and my family's go to when visiting San Antonio. It is in close proximity to many restaurants, grocery stores, UTSA, etc. Reuben was very welcoming, greeting us as we entered. Even when leaving and arriving back, he would be sure to welcome us back, which made us truly feel welcomed. I don't know the person's name, with a disability, but she too was welcoming. My husband and I enjoyed the breakfast on both days. The kitchen staff replenished any food, that ran out, on a timely basis. Our rooms were very clean overall. My only complaint concerning the room was the seating area (sofa). It was lots of stains, where no one would want to sit or place their items on it. It seemed there was a spill or something. Whatever it was, it definitely needs replaced or deep cleaned. That was my only complaint concerning the cleanliness. I absolutely love that the security worker drives throughout the night. Yes, I am a night hawk and noticed the flashing light from the car as he or she drove around on a consistent basis. All in all, this was a great stay for my husband and I as we prepare to celebrate our 30th year wedding anniversary. Thanks Holiday Inn... We hope to be back soon.😊

Breakfast was a little expensive so I thought we would get more "non-tradktionally complimentary style" breakfast

The light above the shower was out. The bathroom sink drain was draining very slowly. Everything else was great!

El desayuno se paga aparte , el piso del baño estaba levantado creo que me dieron el peor cuarto que tenían! Me eh estado en hoteles más mejores que este y más barato y con desayuno gratis

Comfortable beds and quiet.

Stay there about a week and half, they never change the bed sheets not even once, and I like staying there cause my son loves the pool,but lately been dirty and when I ask when they going to get it clean it was like was talking Chinese cause they keep asking what do you mean? And keep saying the pool it’s open, then I did say was dirty and front desk said they were two guys fixing it this morning I ask did they cleaned it? He replied the pool its open. Other than that was ok

We had a fairly nice stay here. Some Of the carpets could use replacing but over all it was a good restful evening.
