Everything was great.The rooms were great.The service was great.The breakfast had Everything you needed at a good price.

It was a lovely place. Very clean. Nice room clean with air conditioning and nice bathroom. Room well prepared for our stay. Would love to have a sheet between bottom sheet and duvet as it was very hot for duvet only. A sheet to use would have been nice.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely stay there if you’re going to Strasbourg.

Clean, big room. Balcony was nice for air circulation. Very convenient next to the tram station for getting into town

the ac stopped working in our room and the staff were super helpful and immediately relocated us to a new room!

Great hotel - amazing value for the price, air conditioning was fantastic which was much appreciated given the heat and the staff were super friendly. The tram into the city is also very convenient. Would highly recommend for anyone seeking somewhere to stay in Strasbourg

Good value and convenient location in Strasbourg. It’s outside the centre but close to a tram stop with frequent (every 5min) service. Rooms are comfortable. Staff are very helpful and responsive to requests. We had an issue with noise as we were put on the same wing as a high school group who would knock on doors several times after midnight and early morning. We were also woken up by their late hallway conversations. Room doorbells and better soundproofing would have helped. To their credit, the hotel let us change rooms very late at night.

Location was ok and metro was very convenient
