Our air barely worked and we did ask for help. They had us change it from cool to auto and it didn’t help. Our furniture that held the fridge had warped and molded from the moisture and it made the room smell.

It would have been nice if the bathtub had drained adequately. We didn't like taking our showers in 2+ inches of standing water. Bad in any hotel, but inexcusable for the $ we paid.

Restaurant was out of half of the items on their already limited menu. We walked about a half mile to find something to eat. Convenient area for boarding our Royal Caribbean cruise the next day

This property is PERFECT for people going on a cruise. You can see the ship from the hotel. If needed, it’s a 5 minute walk to the port.
The hotel is like new and has a very friendly and helpful staff. We’ve stayed here a few times and will use it in the future.
It’s also a convenient walk to restaurants and a grocery store.
