Having been delayed by a storm in Montreal trying to get home after 10 days in Europe, I was so excited to find a room here. The room was a sleep chamber, quiet and comfy, and the staff were so friendly,y and accommodating.

Room was incredibly hot when I arrived. I suppose that just happens. Decently clean, super nice and helpful staff. In my room - the temperatures were reversed on both the tub and the sink tap. It was fine.

不錯 The rooms were adequate, but the service was not. The front desk employee was rude and dismissive during checkout and refused to hold our bags, saying their luggage storage area was too small. For an airport Hilton, this was both inconvenient and unexpected. I've never had this issue at another Hilton property.
