極佳 Probably the kindest and most helpful staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel! They all are amazing! The property is extremely well located close to public transit and the river. Breakfast was awesome, the check-in and check-out process were seamless, and the room was comfy and extremely clean.

Kind staff with a unique and convenient check-in process. The rooms were comfortable, with big automated windows, which was quite cool. The location was ideal as well.

The room is a design masterpiece, with space efficiency very much at the forefront. Incredibly clean and comfortable, the tech (control lights, tv, curtains all from the in-room ipad) is an added bonus.
The only complaint was that tv availability was patchy - possibly due to internet issues in the area at the time. Not a game changer for me (I do not go on holiday to watch tv), but it does mean I have to unfortuntely drop a star in the rating.
The branding and general vibe is very cute too!

We were impressed by the friendly staff, and the overall design and decoration of the lobby area. We also liked the location of the hotel, What we didn’t like was the bedrooms. Very tricky crawling into the bed from the end, no bedside tables, no place to put a glass of water or a book, absolutely no room on either side of the bed as it is built in. Hardly any place to open up a suitcase.

Great modern hotel. Room is small but has all of the things you would need including an extremely comfy bed!!!
