Staff very polite & helpful, location was great for us. Pool needs few umbrellas so guests can use pool during day, it’s so hot & full sun on You with no place for cover

Beach view is decent. Breakfast on the rooftop has good view.

It was very convenient to find food options around the area as well as to get supplies. There is only 1 small lift for the whole hotel though so sometimes you have to take the shelterless staircase at the side. Water takes a while to heat up but still decent. Overall still a pleasant experience.

Room was extremely spacious than expected (Family Deluxe), with proximity to the mall and the nearby beach. A few convenience stores and souvenir shops along the street.

Staff very flexible with my requests: at reception and cleaning - supplies, etc. As this was during low season, suggest modifying roof top dining to all day a la carte menu. Met a well-traveled guest like me who shared this opinion.

It's not a beach resort so don't be deceived by the name. It's located across the beach road so it's not on the beach. The windows are in front of the windows of the adjacent building so there's no privacy. The swimming pool looks dirty. Overall, it's an average hotel but the location is convenient

Liked everything about the property. Nice central location.

Late check in. Not safe area to store bags while waiting. Front desk staff was amazing. Zero onaite perks for Gold.
